Judy Philmon

Judy Cavender Philmon, 60, went to be with her Lord and Savior suddenly on Thursday, January 13, 2022. The family will have a time of visitation on Monday, January 17, 2022, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at FairHaven Funeral Home. Funeral Services will begin at 2:00 p.m. Reverend Mike Lewis will officiate. Immediately following the service, Judy will be laid to rest in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.
Judy was born on March 27, 1961, in Long Beach California to Kenneth Allen Lawrence, Sr. and Bonnie Lawrence Williams. Judy worked as the Produce Manager at Piggly Wiggly for over 20 years, where she never met a stranger. She was a faithful member of Roberta Baptist Church. She truly loved her church and her church family. In her free time, she loved gardening, shopping, and decorating, she was extremely crafty. Above everything Judy loved her babies, they were the absolute light of her life and she loved them unconditionally.
Judy was preceded in death her husbands; Lance D. Philmon, Sr., and Keith Cavender father; Kenneth Allen Lawrence, Sr. and brother; Kenneth Allen Lawrence, Jr.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving family; her children; Chasity Moore (Jim), Keith Cavender (Rachel), and Dalton Cavender (Jessica). Stepchildren; Lance Philmon, Jr. (CJ), Donovan Philmon, and Samson Philmon (Victoria). Mother, Bonnie Lawrence Williams, 14 grandchildren, siblings; Daniel Lawrence, Dewayne Lawrence (Julie) and Carol Ann Gleaton (Jimmy) as well as several nieces and nephews, but Judy will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
