JOSEPH "JODY" DENNARD MELTON
Joseph Melton went home with our heavenly father May 6th 2018. He was survived by his Father Charles Melton Sr., his son Devyn Melton, Daughter Taylor McCullum Jesse, his step children Ryan and Alex Connor, Wife April Melton, Sister Judy Batson, Brother Charlie Melton Jr., along with Four grandchildren, Three Nieces, and Three Nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Marie Melton.
Jody was born October 19th 1974 in Bibb County. He graduated from SouthEast High. He was a Master carpenter and enjoyed spending time fishing, riding motorcycles, drawing and hanging out with his family. He was a wonderful father, son, brother, husband and friend. He was an intelligent, loving and caring man who will be deeply missed by many family members and friends.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 11, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of FairHaven Funeral Home. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service beginning at 1:00 p.m.
