Jerry Spradlin

November 11, 1944 — February 14, 2017

Jerry Spradlin, 72, of Byron, Georgia passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2017. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Reverend Lee Griffin and Pastor Robert Webb will officiate. The family will have a time of visitation from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Born in Macon, he was the son of the late Cecil Spradlin and husband of the late Sara Hunnicutt Spradlin. He was an U.S. Army veteran and was a retired heavy equipment operator for Webb Contractors in Macon. Also he loved to fish and enjoyed the outdoors.
He is survived by his children, Amy Lowery(Stacy) and Todd Spradlin(April), Mother, Elizabeth Ward Spradlin. Brothers, Terry Spradlin(Susie) and Donald "Skeeter" Spradlin. Sister, Rhonda Crutchfield(Wayne). Grandchildren, Connor and Colby Spradlin, Amber, Becca and Hannah Lowery, great grandchild, Camden Bronson.
