Jerry M. Phelps, Jr. passed away suddenly on Sunday, November 27, 2016. A Celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Born in Louisville, Kentucky, Jerry was the son of the late Jerry M. Phelps Sr. and Mary Phelps. Left to cherish his memory is his Sister; Georgia Ray (Tony) and his Brother; Lawrence E. Phelps.
