Jean White Kleise, 88, of Macon, Georgia passed away on Monday, July 30, 2018 at Bolingreen Nursing Home, Bolingbroke, GA. A graveside service honoring Jean's life will be held Friday, August 3, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in Riverside Cemetery, Macon, Georgia with the reverend Robbie Kerr to officiate.
Born on March 23, 1930, in Bleckley County, Georgia to the late Joseph McKee and Eva Cannon White, she was a devoted military wife and will be greatly missed by her family and all those who loved her dearly. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, CMDR. Robert J. Kleise, USN, Ret.; sons, Michael Fry and Joseph Neal Fry; sister, Betty Jo Collins (Ft. Walton Beach, FL.) and brothers, Joseph White (Macon) and Ira White.
She is survived by her sister, Eloise Lord (Macon); granddaughters, Pamela Santiago (Desert Hot Springs, CA), Michelle Fry (Palm Springs, CA); great grandchildren, Joseph Santiago and Drake Santiago (Desert Hot Springs, CA), Kaylee Mata (Palm Springs, CA) and one niece and several nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asked donations be made in Jean's honor to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital; 5901 Peachtree Dunwoody Rd, Atlanta, GA 30328
