Jay Dee Fambro, 77 of Lizella, Georgia passed away Wednesday, April 21, 2021. Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 25, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Bethany Baptist Church the family will hold a time of visitation one hour prior to the service. A family burial will be held Tuesday, April 27, 2021 in Andersonville National Cemetery.
Born in Macon, he was the son of the late Lum David Fambro and Bernice Harper Fambro. He was a veteran serving in the U.S. Navy, U.S. Naval Reserves and the Army National Guard.
Mr. Fambro was a retired manager with Mohawk Textile and Carpet. He was a member of the Bethany Baptist Church and attended Sunday School. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert and Ray Fambro.
He is survived by his wife, Margie Lee Fambro, Children, Tonya Moore and Craig Fambro; grandson, Michael Moore(Patrice).
