Jason Robert Dunbar, of Macon, Georgia passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 9, 2024. A celebration of his life will be at 5:00 PM on Thursday, May 16, at Washington Park, located at College Street and Washington Avenue, Macon, GA 31204.
Jason was born on January 1, 1994 in Macon, Georgia. He graduated from Central Georgia Technical College with an Associate's degree and later became a welder for Blue Bird Corporation. He took pride in his work and devoted many hours to mastering his skill. He enjoyed playing video games, and spending time with his family. He was known to many people as a "Simple Man." He was kind, generous and always willing to help anyone with anything. Above all, spending time with his family was what he cherished most. He will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by Randy Elliott.
Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Pamela Lane Elliott; step-mother, Dawn Elliott; sister, Rachel Baughcum (Alan); brothers, Brian Dunbar and Zachary Elliott; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
