James Wade Taylor: 59, of Macon, Georgia passed away Friday, May 15, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m.Tuesday, May 19, 2015 in the chapel of FairHaven Funeral Home, 4989 Mount Pleasant Church Road Macon. Burial will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Reverend Norm Yukers and Reverend Micah Carr will officiate.
Visitation will be held Monday, May 18, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
Mr. Taylor is the son of Jack and Kay Mercer of Byron, Ga. and the late James Harold Taylor. He was the Live Nursery Specialist at Lowe's Home Improvement on Zebulon Road. He also was a member of the Pine Forest Baptist Church. He was a local artist and member of the Middle Georgia Art Association.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda Lasseter Taylor of Macon; Son, Josh Taylor (Nikki) of Lizella, Ga.; Step Son, Brian Bunge (Ashley) of Kennesaw, Georgia; Step-daughter, Lisa Sanders(John) of Gordon, Ga. grandchildren, Liam, Scout, Taryn, Alyssa, Taylor, Camden, and Colin.
In Lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to the American Diabetes Association, 1701 North Beauregard Street Alexandria, Virginia.
