Idus Edwards, 80, of Macon, Georgia passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 25, 2025. Funeral services will be held at a later date.
Idus was born in Macon, Georgia on July 11, 1944, to the late Mr. Jim William Edwards and Mrs. Kathleen Hammock Edwards. Legacy to some people is to build wealth and materialistic items. For this man built years of a solid foundation of God loving people who have Big Shoes to fill for generations to come..... he gave everything and asked for nothing in return, we are forever grateful, and he will always be cherished.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his children, Buddy Edwards, Charlie Edwards, and Louis Heytz.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Keith Williams, Doyle Edwards, Ray Edwards, Idus Edwards, Jr., Frank Edwards and Sylviana Edwards Marey; and many grandchildren.
