Georgia Carr

Georgia Mae Meeks Carr, 71, of Lizella passed away suddenly, Sunday, June 11, 2017. Funeral Services will be private. Born on February 24, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Ed and Gladys Meeks. She was formerly employed by Bassett Furniture as a Furniture Assembler. She liked to sit outside on a good day. She loved her family very much and was a very giving person.
Georgia was preceded in death by her husband, Donnell Carr, and one son: Timothy Don Carr. Left to cherish her memory is her two sons: Eddie Carr and Jeremiah Wayne Wilkinson. One sister: Claudia Smith, and one brother: James Edward Meeks.
