Geneva Annette Rumney Cameron, 77, of Macon, passed away on August 22, 2022. The family will have a time of visitation on Friday, August 26, 2022 from 11:00-12:00 p.m. at FairHaven Funeral Home. Services will begin at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will be immediately following in Evergreen Cemetery.
Ms. Cameron was born on November 17, 1944 in Macon to the late George and Joyce "Tiny" Rumney. She was a loving homemaker all her life, always making sure her family was well taken care of. Ms. Cameron was a strong Christian lady who never failed to make anyone laugh; she had a sense of humor like no other. Although she was feisty, she was sweet. She was an avid animal lover but especially loved cats. Above everything else, she was a loving mother and grandmother who will be missed by all who knew her.
Ms. Cameron was preceded in death by her parents as well as baby boy, James Morgan. Sister; Linda Tanner. Brothers; George Rumney, Andy Rumney, and Bobby Rumney.
Left to cherish her memory is her family. Children; Regina Morgan, Steven Morgan (Cathy Willis), David Morgan (Jana Bembry) and Joel Frank (Dee). Grandchildren; Jennifer Morgan, Chasity Morgan, Kassie Peacock (Kelly), Troy McCarty and Skyler Register. Great Grandchildren; Kadin Peacock, Thomas Bowman, Jordan Bowman, Chloe Bowman, Chloe Nutt and Payton Nutt. Great great grandchild; Abby Bowman. Brother; Danny Rumney (Brenda). Nieces; Tina Rumney and Angel Rumney. Nephews; Jack King, Robert Rumney, Nathan Rumney, Danny Rumney and Andy Rumney as well as her brother in law; Rick Tanner.
