Lemmie Eugene "Gene" Morgan, 72, of Roberta, passed away on Monday, January 13, 2020. Funeral services will be private.
Mr. Morgan was born on April 6, 1947, in Buena Vista, Georgia. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. Mr. Morgan spent many years showing cattle and raising goats. In his free time, he loved to hunt, fish, and ride horses. Mr. Morgan was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
Mr. Morgan was preceded in death by his mother, Georgia Ann Harris.
Mr. Morgan is survived by his wife of 42 years, Linda Marshall Morgan; daughter, Tammy Carmichael (Larry); grandson, Thomas Morgan; sisters, Betty Jane and Mary; and sister-in-law's, Lois Crawley (Junior), Lessie Brasher, and Lizzie Gunter (Gene).
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests that donations please be made to Serenity Hospice, 1057 North Houston Rd, Warner Robins, GA 31093.
