Wanda Gail Toole Crook, 70, of Lizella, passed away on Friday, July 26, 2024. A visitation to honor her life will be held on Tuesday, July 30, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at FairHaven Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
Gail was born on September 11, 1953, in Macon, Georgia, to the late Mr. Samuel Frank Toole and Mrs. Ethel Virginia Williamson Toole. She retired from Central State Prison where she worked as a vendor. Gail spent her free time going to the movies and out to eat with friends. She was most passionate about her grandchildren. Gail will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, Gail was preceded in death by her husband, Harry David Crook.
Left to cherish Gail's memory are her son, Clay Burnette (Taylor); grandchildren, Gabe Burnette (DeAnna), Erica Carroll (Craig), and Sabastion Burnette; great-grandchildren, Oliver and Emerson; brother, Phillip Wayne Toole; several step-children and step-grandchildren.
