Franklin Chapman

Franklin Pierce Chapman 78, entered into heavenly rest on February 8, 2021. Service for Mr. Chapman will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Fellowship Church on 4967 Sandy Point Rd, Lizella, Ga. Immediately following the service, he will be laid to rest in the church cemetery.
Mr. Chapman, son of the late Reverend Frank & Mrs. Dorothy Chapman of Lizella, Ga. Is survived by his four children. Daughters Revonda Savage (Ronnie), Mitzi Atkinson (Kenyon) sons Craig Chapman (Dena) and Scott Chapman (Marie); grandchildren: Christopher Richey (Andrea), Brooke Ledbetter (Andy) Blake McCook, Caroline Albarran (Cruz), Anabelle Chapman, great grandson Lincoln Ledbetter, his sister Sandra Vaughn (Gene) and a special friend Nita Barker.
Mr. Chapman was preceded in death by his wife; Polly Chapman.
Mr. Chapman attended Crawford Co. High School and was a native of Crawford County. He retired from Armstrong World Industries after 38 years.
