Frances Westbrooks

Frances Johnston Westbrooks, age 81 of Macon, Georgia formerly of Griffin, Georgia passed away on July 15, 2017. She was born in Pike County, Georgia to the late Joe E. Johnston and Sarah Stapleton Johnston. After her mother's death, she was reared by her uncle and aunt Lewis Moore and Sallie J. Moore. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Floyd Ray Johnston and sister Evelyn J. Morgan. Frances is survived by her son, Todd A. Westbrooks (Carrie) and grandchildren, Cody, Tyler, Dustin, Dylan, Madison, Emily and Dallas. She is survived by her sisters, Sue J. Hamm of Eatonton, Georgia and Joyce J. Hazel of McDonough, Georgia, and cousin, Doug Moore (Brenda) of Griffin, Georgia. She is also survived by her former husband, Alan Westbrooks, of Macon, Georgia.
Frances was retired from Georgia Department of Corrections.
A memorial service will be held on July 22, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of FairHaven Funeral Home, 4989 Mount Pleasant Church Road, Macon. Visitation will be from 2:00-3:00 p.m.
