Floy Davis

Floy Aaron Davis, 85, of Macon, wife of Roy Davis passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Funeral Services to honor her life will be held Thursday, at 2:00 p.m. at Lawrence Drive Baptist Church with Dr. Brad Marchman officiating. Burial will be immediately following in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The family will greet friends Thursday at the church beginning at 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
Born in Oglethorpe County, Georgia, Floy was the daughter of the late Monroe and Bessie Aaron she was employed by the Macon Shirt Factory for over 30 years and after her time there, she began working at Robins Air Force Base in the Foam Shop. Floy was an extremely active member of Lawrence Drive Baptist Church, where she was in the Ruth Sunday School Class and was involved with the AGAPE Senior Group.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 70 years, Roy Davis. Two Sons; Monroe Davis (Trammell) and Skeeter Davis .One Daughter; Ann Statton (Winston). As well as four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
