Fernando Jose Carlos La Rosa Arredondo, passed away in Macon, Georgia on November 5, 2017. He was born in Peru, the son of Luis La Rosa Belaunde and Rosa Maria Antonieta Arredondo Lira. He is survived by his wife, Frances White Long de La Rosa, and his only child, Paloma La Rosa Grau. Fernando La Rosa was an author and an artist, primarily known for his fine art photography.
