Fannie "Ruth" Burdeshaw, 87, of Macon, Georgia passed away peacefully on November 8, 2017. Graveside services to honor her life will be held Monday, November 13, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens with Pastor Monty Febuary officiating. The family will hold a time of visitation one hour prior, starting at 1:00 pm at FairHaven Funeral Home, Macon.
Ruth was born in Phenix City, Alabama to the late Douglas and Florence Howard. She is the widow of Lehman Burdeshaw and together they had 3 children. She was preceded in death by one son, Gary Burdeshaw. Ruth attended Cathedral of Christ Baptist Church in Macon and her pride and joy were her grandchildren whom affectionately called her Nana.
Left to cherish her memory are two daughters Deborah McCollum (Larry) and Rebecca Mashburn, four grandchildren: Amber Jordan (Jeff), Ashley Burdeshaw, Clint Adams, Miles Mashburn; and two greatgrandchildren: Allison and Will Jordan.
Ruth will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
