Eunice Long

Eunice Faustine Bell Long, 78, of Macon, passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2021. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 1, at 3:00 pm in Evergreen Cemetery with the Reverend Gary Berrier officiating.

Mrs. Long was born on April 25, 1943, in Pitts, Georgia to the late John Adams Bell and Lola Louise Hunley Shew. She was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Long was the greatest cook, who in her younger life spent much of her free time fishing and camping. She devoted her entire life to her husband and family. Mrs. Long's greatest joy came from her children and grandchildren.

Mrs. Long was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Herman Earl Long; son, Tom Long, Sr.; grandchild, Bram Long; and brothers, James Edward Bell and John Matthew Bell.

Mrs. Long is survived by her daughters, Gail Salazar (Ernesto) and Judy Farr (Jodie); grandchildren, Petra Salazar, Tina Salazar, Becky Salazar, Brandon Tanner, Tommy Long, Jr., and Jordan Farr; sisters, Loraine Bell (Larry Campbell), Shirley Barlow, and Wanda Middlebrooks; several nieces and nephews; and special friend, Connie McClellan.
