Eunice "Bobbie" Dawson
March 17, 1934 — March 19, 2023
Eunice White Dawson, or Bobbie as she was lovingly known, 89 , of Macon, peacefully passed away Sunday, March 19, 2023. The family will have a time of visitation to greet friends on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at FairHaven Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Pine Forest Baptist Church, 1848 Tucker Road, Macon, GA. with Reverend Lanny Earley and Reverend David Sumrall officiating. Immediately following Mrs. Dawson will be laid to rest in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens with Reverend Wade Dawson officiating the committal.
Mrs. Dawson was born on March 17, 1934 to Louie and Mary Ruby White in Lagrange, Georgia, a place she enjoyed visiting throughout her life. She worked as a homemaker and was married to Charles Lamar Dawson, together they formed a wonderful life. Mrs. Dawson was a member of Pine Forest Baptist Church where her and her husband taught the young married couples class. She was also active in the Ruth Sunday School Class and sang in the choir. In her free time, she liked being outside and could carry on a conversation with anyone. She loved to talk! Mrs. Dawson also enjoyed traveling to the mountains and she was by far her happiest when she was spending time with her family, they were the light of her life.
She is preceded in death by her parents as well as her husband; Charles Lamar Dawson. Son; Charles Randall Dawson and two brothers; Larry White and Lamar White.
Left to cherish Mrs. Dawson's memory is her loving family. Her children; Karen Lynne Partridge (Terry), Angela Kay Matthews (Chip), Kimberly Ann Parton and Kerry Lamar Dawson (Amy). Grandchildren; Zack Partridge (Sarah Stuart), Terren Cole (Michael), Holly Gause (Clay), Wesley Dawson, Jay Parton, Olivia Parton, Bryce Dawson (Emily), and John Garrett Dawson. Great Grandchildren; Ridge Cole, Amelia Cole, and Meredith Partridge.
