Eric Lee

Eric Edward Lee, 50, of Macon passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 3, 2019. The family will have a visitation with viewing on Thursday, February 7, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at FairHaven Funeral Home, 4989 Mount Pleasant Church Rd, Macon.
Eric was born on January 7, 1969 in Chicago, Illinois to Daniel and Jelena Lee. At a young age, Eric began working on heavy machinery with his father, which turned into a lifelong passion and career. He was a Master Mechanic holding several certifications through Ford. He was an expert troubleshooter which led to him being able to fix anything from cars, to heavy machinery. Eric was most recently employed with Five Star Ford in Warner Robins. When he wasn't working on cars, he was enjoying his true passion in life, hot air balloons. He owned his own balloon, and often traveled to different hot air balloon festivals.
Eric is survived by his parents; Daniel and Jelena Lee, sister; Jelena Slaughter (Terry), brother; Wesley Lee (Tisha), and adopted sister; Robin Thomas (Chris). Nieces; Christy Lee, Adrianna Lee, Kaida Lee and Rebecca Thomas as well as nephew; Elloitt Thomas, but Eric will be truly missed by all who knew him.
