Ellen Griffis

Mrs. Ellen Gail Griffis 54, of Lizella, Georgia entered into eternal rest on February 27, 2016. A seamstress by trade, she most recently managed the Roberta Inn. Mrs. Griffis is survived by her husband Rufus (Buddy), stepson, Timothy (Kim) Griffis, stepdaughter, Regina (Lance) Perlman, and son, Chad (Holly) Griffis. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Baron Massey, Ansley Griffis, and Donnie Griffis. She is also survived by four sisters and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Stark, mother, Joan Woods, and grandson, Aaron Griffis.
The family will greet family and friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, 2016 followed by a brief memorial service in the chapel of Fairhaven funeral home at 7:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her honor to Pine Point Hospice, 6261 Peake Road Macon, Georgia 31210.
