Doris Evelyn Head Sauls, 90, of Macon, Georgia passed away Saturday, February 2, 2019. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 8, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Fairhaven Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Macon. The family will have a time of visitation on Friday, February 9, 2019 from 12 noon till service time in the funeral home.
Born in Unadilla, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Jackson and Edna Brannon Head. She was a retired food service manager from K-Mart and a member of the Houston Heights Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Griffin D. Sauls Sr. and a son, Daniel E. Sauls.
She is survived her children, Griffin Durward Sauls, Jr.; Mary Lou Sauls, and Tony Sauls. Brother, Jimmy Head and sisters, Ruby McCarty and Jackie Britt. Seven Grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
