Diana Lynn Raper, 50, of Warner Robins, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 25, 2025, surrounded by the love of her devoted family.
Born with a heart full of compassion and a spirit that lit up every room, Diana was the kind of person who made life sweeter simply by being in it. A true homebody at heart, she found joy in the simple things, cozy days with family, the comfort of a good book, and the quiet magic of creating homemade Christmas ornaments that became treasured keepsakes.
Diana had a smile that never faded and a laugh that was contagious. Her sense of humor and genuine warmth made everyone feel welcome, and her selflessness was evident in every aspect of her life. Whether she was caring for children, lending an ear, or offering a helping hand, Diana always put others first. Her love for her family was endless, and she carried them in her heart with fierce loyalty and boundless pride.
A proud Florida Gators fan, Diana cheered with passion and pride, her love for the team rivaled only by her love for her family.
She is preceded in death by her beloved mother, Betty Lou Powell, and her dear sister, Dana Hazard.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 30 years, Scott Raper; her children, Nick Raper and Katie Raper; step father, Terry Powell; her brothers, Theron (Christy) Bryant and Trayvis Manuel; her sisters, Tammie Bryant, Michelle (Scott) Main, Melissa (Myzi) Tafilaku, and Dawn Powell; along with many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members who will miss her dearly.
Though Diana's physical presence is no longer with us, the love, laughter, and light she brought into the world will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
A celebration of Diana's life will be held at a later date. The family wishes to thank everyone for their love and support during this time.
