Deborah Arnold Bartlett, 62, of Ivey, passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2023. A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, November 28, at 12:00 PM in the chapel of FairHaven Funeral Home with Pastor, Freddy Hogg officiating. The family will greet friends one hour prior to service time. Burial will be private.
Ms. Bartlett was born on August 12, 1961, in Macon, Georgia. She was a 1980 graduate of Southwest High School. Working at one time at Brown & Williamson Tobacco Company and Clark Nexsen in Macon.
Ms. Bartlett was preceded in death by her stepfather, Daniel Z. Smith, Sr.
Ms. Bartlett is survived by her father, Reggie Arnold (Carla) of Lizella; mother, Reta Smith of Ivey; son, Edward Jerome Ethridge of Macon; granddaughter, Emily Smith of Lizella; brothers, Jerry Arnold of Roper, NC., Kevin Arnold of Gainesville, GA.; stepbrother, Daniel Smith, Jr.; stepsisters, Renee Hardwick (Scott), Teresa Leuenberger (David), Tina Slaughter (Jeff West), and Crystal Brooks (Josh); and extended family, Jerry Lee Bennett and Samantha Bennett Solomon.
In lieu of flowers, the family graciously requests donations be made in Ms. Bartlett's honor to: Ivey Baptist Church Building fund, 107 Church Street, Ivey, Georgia 31031.
