Curtis Williamson

January 27, 1943 — May 5, 2024

Curtis Jerome Williamson, of Macon, Georgia passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2024. A celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Fairhaven Funeral Home. The family invites friends to join them one hour prior to the service for a time of visitation. Pastor Jason Thornton will officiate.

Jerome was born in Savannah, Georgia on January 27, 1943, to the late Mr. Theron Williamson and Mrs. Myrtle Faircloth Williamson. He was employed with Jubilant Pharmacy as a Medical Carrier where he devoted many years before retiring. He was a simple man that enjoyed spending time with family. Jerome met each person with a smile and never met a stranger. His generous and caring heart will be deeply missed by everyone that knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Darvin Williamson; sisters, Shirley Kight and Bernice Hopkins.

Left to cherish his loving memory is his wife of 59 faithful years, Joyce Dokes Williamson; sons, Jerry (Kimberly) Williamson, and Gerry Williamson; grandchildren, Hannah Williamson, Ian Williamson, EllaKate Williamson, Hannah Bradshaw and Kayla Bradshaw; great grandchildren, Scarlet, Declan, Beau, and Cyrus; and a host of many nieces and nephews.
