Clifford William Rabanus, 70, of Fort Valley, passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 26, at 2:00 PM in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Rabanus was born on May 21, 1951, in McRae, Georgia. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force, where he retired as Chief Master Sergeant. Mr. Rabanus also retired from the United State Postal Service. He was a member of Macon Trinity Church of the Nazarene. In his free time, Mr. Rabanus was the manager of the Old Clinton Opry in Gray, Georgia.
Mr. Rabanus was preceded in death by his wife of 30 years, Betty Ruth Campbell Rabanus; father, Daniel William Rabanus; sister, Faye Trask; and brother, William Fredrick Rabanus.
Mr. Rabanus is survived by his mother, Carrie Allene Rabanus Smith; sons, Cory Rabanus (Cari) and Chad Rabanus; sister, Linda Brooks (Danney); brother, Ray Rabanus; step-sons, Eric Johnson (Kathy) and Alan Johnson (Kristina); step-daughter, Janet Scarbary; several grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
