Chester Lee Poteet, 89, of Macon, Georgia passed away Friday, April 12, 2019. A graveside services will be held Monday, April 15, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
Born in Louisville, Kentucky, He was a retired carpenter with Tony Butler Construction. Mr. Poteet was a Korean War veteran serving in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his children, Barbara Milligan (Dan); Gwen Howard; Grandchildren, Deborah Howard, Heather Strickland, Austin Milligan, and Travis Milligan. Former Spouse, Mary Poteet.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to offset final expenses, C/O Gwen Howard, 4344 Napier Ave. Apt C-6 Macon, Ga. 31210.
Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services has charge of arrangements.
