My mother, Charlotte Marshall Edwards passed from this earthly existence, to live in the light with our Lord, on Sunday, June 18, 2017 and will be eternally missed, the most beautiful soul I have ever known. Born February 5, 1926 to Charlie Edgar Marshall and Neva Nevada Hicks Marshall of Lizella,
Her loving smile and poetic heart will be missed by all who loved her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Loris Edwards, her son, Terrell Eugene Edwards and her brother, Scott Hicks Marshall. She is survived by her daughters, Donna Petteway and Joyce Davis, her son-in-law, grandchildren and great grandchildren, who were blessed to have her in their lives. Though she now walks in grace, we will forever miss her.
Visitation will be held at Fairhaven Funeral Home, Macon, Saturday, June 24, 2017 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., followed by funeral services Sunday June 25, 2017 to be held at Lizella United Methodist Church at 5 p.m. burial to follow in Lizella church cemetery.
