Charles Radford Tetterton, age 75, passed away on Friday, May 13, 2022. He was born in Washington, North Carolina on Thursday, October 10, 1946 to the late William Warren Tetterton and Annie Laura Brinn Tetterton.
Charles served his country faithfully with the United States Air Force and was a part of the United States Air Force Academy Drum and Bugle Corp. He was a talented trumpet player and was distinguished as the first chair All-State trumpet player for 3 years in a row. His passions included an extensive baseball card collection and a love for the Atlanta Braves. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ursula R. Tetterton.
Charles is survived by his brothers, Darrell Tetterton (Jeri), Michael Tetterton (Rita), David Tetterton (Peggy), James "Jimmy" Tetterton (Geisla); sister, Carol Carroll (Dean); and several nieces and nephews.
