Charles Lee

Charles Edward Lee, Sr., 83, of Macon, passed away suddenly on Thursday, July 6, 2023. The family will have a time of visitation to greet friends on Monday, July 10, 2023, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at FairHaven Funeral Home. Graveside service to honor his life will be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, with Reverend Quinn Hammock officiating.

Mr. Lee was born on March 22, 1940, in Danville, Georgia to the late Clifton Lee and Willie Hazel Lee. Mr. Lee proudly served in the United States Army. He was a Master Mechanic by trade, and worked for the Keebler Company for over 40 years. Charles proudly served his country in the United States Army. In his free time, he loved working on his tractor and going to the farm in Danville. He was by far his happiest when he was spending time with his family, they were the light of his life.

Mr. Lee was preceded in death by his parents as well as a grandson; Gavin Lee.

Left to cherish his memory is his family. The love of his life. His wife of 60 years; Reba Louise Waller Lee. Children; Charles "Chuck" Edward Lee, Jr. (Sharon), Greg Lee (Leigh Ann), and Gina Lee Gordon (Grant). Seven grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
