Lottie Carol Parker, 79, of Lizella, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 11, 2018. The family will greet friends on Friday , November 16, 2018 from 5:00-8:00 at the residence of her daughter, Kim DeFore. A private burial will take place in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
Born in Macon, She was the daughter of the late Woodrow Wilson Hoover and Ruby Keen. She was preceded in death by her daughter and son in law, Connie Parker Moore and Ty Moore. Her brother, James Hoover and sister, Deloris Smith.
She is survived by her daughters, Kim DeFore (Brad) and Candy Howard (Walt). Five grandchildren, and Six great grandchildren.
