Brenda Gay Upton

Brenda "Gay" Eady Upton, 59, of Macon, GA, passed away Monday, April 18, 2016. Born in Macon, GA, she was the daughter of the late Harold Eady and Evelyn Sanders Eady. She was a life-long member of Glenwood Hills Baptist Church. She is survived by her children, Tiffany Eavenson of Gray, and William Upton of Macon; two granddaughters, Alana and Mackenna; sister, Kathy Malcom, and brother, Hal (Sandi) Eady, Jr., and four nephews, Mac, David, Ben, and Luke.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of FairHaven Funeral Home, 4989 Mount Pleasant Church Road, Macon. Dr. Otis Andrews will officiate. A private family burial will be held at Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. A visitation will be held Wednesday, April 20, 2016 from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Gay was so fun loving and kind hearted. She cared for all of God's creatures, especially horses. She enjoyed the outdoors, and spending time with family. She was always smiling, joyful, and grateful, even during her long time of illness. She was an inspiration to many.
