Brenda Lee Hill Mills, 63, of Macon was granted her angel wings on Sunday, October 25, 2020. The family will hold a memorial service on Sunday November 15, 2020 at 2pm at Martha Bowman UMC, 500 Bass Rd, Macon, GA 31210. The family ask for everyone that attends to please wear a mask and it will be casual dress.
Her final days were spent being loved on and prayed for from a distance due to this horrible virus by family and friends that Brenda had touched in some small way throughout her short, yet very memorable life. Brenda's life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by her understood that the term family meant more to her than anything. She loved completely and anyone who was blessed to know her had an angel in their corner.
Brenda was born on September 28, 1957 in Syracuse, New York to the late Robert Hill and Beverly Frazier. Brenda and her husband Butch moved to Georgia in 2005. She had a true servant's heart and was a mother and caretaker to everyone she met. She found great joy in caring for others, which made her a perfect fit for her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant. When she was not helping someone, she enjoyed camping, and arts and crafts. You could often find her playing with her grandchildren. Brenda attended Martha Bowman Memorial United Methodist Church. Brenda was preceded in death by her parents as well as her sister, Debbie Hill. Left to cherish her memory is her loving family. Her husband; William "Butch" Mills. Children; Terry Reynolds (Melissa), William Mills II (Mia Kajving), Russell Mills (Darien) and Jimmy Mills (Erin). Grandchildren; Brian Reynolds, Myah Reynolds, Jana Reynolds, Willow Mills, Skye Mills. Christopher Mills, Brooke Mills and Hunter Mills. Great granddaughter; Sasha Reynolds. Siblings; Robert Hill (Rose Curtis), Nancy Chartier, Karen Newell (Randy), Shawn Hill (Tracy), and Tammy Cabay. Along with countless nieces and nephews.
