Brandi Michelle Dobson-Hayes, 45, of Macon, Georgia passed away surrounded by her family on Monday, December 31, 2023. A funeral service to honor her life will be held on Friday, January 5, 2024, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Fairhaven Funeral Home. The family invites friends to join them one hour prior to the service for a time of visitation. Immediately following, Mrs. Hayes will be laid to rest privately in Doles Cemetery. Pastor Tom Black will officiate the service.
Brandi was born on February 28, 1978, in Macon, Georgia to Mr. Michael Ray Dobson and Mrs. Cathy Marie Dobson. She attended school at Revival Fire Ministry, Windsor Academy and obtained her bachelor's in business from Middle Georgia University landing her career as an IT Specialist at Creditors Bureau Association. Her love for speed was mirrored in her affinity for cars, relishing every moment of exhilaration they offered . Brandi enjoyed fishing, riding jet-skis and spending time by the water. She was affectionately known as a "Bossy Firecracker/Water Bug." You could always count on her to tell you what to do, how to do it, and when to do it. She took pride in managing everyone and keeping them straight. Her deepest devotion remained with her beloved family, whom she cherished above all else. Her strong spirit and love will forever live on in their hearts. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Joshua Ryan Hayes; daughters, Ansley Nicole Sanders and Millie Jane Hayes; parents, Michael Ray Dobson and Cathy Marie Dobson; brothers, Matthew Gabriel Dobson (Jennifer) and Michael "Mikie" Shane Dobson; grandchildren, Jaxon Lane Pike and Josie Rayne Sanders; grandmother, Virginia Dobson; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
