Bonnie Kay Brownlee

Bonnie Kay Brownlee, mother of 3, grandmother of 6, beloved sister and companion passed away on Sunday, June 14th, 2026, at her residence in Lizella, Georgia. Bonnie was born on Sunday, December 2nd, 1956, in Augusta, Georgia.

Bonnie dedicated many years of her professional life as a diligent Data Clerk at Primerica Insurance, where her commitment and attention to detail were highly valued. Outside of her work, she found immense joy in the simple pleasures of life – especially hummingbirds, dogs, and the challenge of completing jigsaw puzzles. These beloved interests reflected her nurturing nature and her eye for detail and beauty.

She is survived by her companion, Marlon Robinson, son, Dustin Brownlee, and her daughters, Deanna Brownlee and Belinda Brownlee Fryer. Bonnie also leaves behind her loving sisters, Sandy Witherspoon Stogner (Bill) and Margo Witherspoon Martin. Her legacy continues through the lives of her six grandchildren, along with her nephews, Billy Stogner, Mitchell Martin, and Jake Martin, and her niece, Nicky Stogner.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her loving parents, Maurice Marlow Witherspoon and Nicolina Witherspoon, who undoubtedly welcomed her with open arms.

A reception to celebrate Bonnie's life will be held at Fish N' Pig in Macon, GA, on Saturday, July 18th, 2026, at 2:00 pm. Family and friends are warmly invited to join in remembrance of Bonnie’s life..
