Beverly Horton

Beverly Tedders Horton, 74, of Lizella, passed away on Monday, June 19, 2023. A celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, June 28, at 10 am, at Dixon Church, 6637 Sandy Point Road, Lizella, Georgia 31052.

Ms. Horton was born on October 11, 1948, in Albany, Georgia, to the late Mr. Joe Tom Tedders and Mrs. Paulene Martin Tedders. She retired from The Macon Telegraph, where she worked in human resources.

Ms. Horton was preceded in death by her husband David Horton, her brother Wayne Tedders, and her parents.

Ms. Horton is survived by nephews, Tommy Tedders (Susan) and Pat Tedders (Jan), and niece, Stephanie Scott (Brown); great nephews Zack Tedders, Austin Tedders (Victoria), and Luke Tedders; and great nieces Hannah Tedders, Maddie Tedders, and Gabrielle Scott.
