Bertie Allen

Bertie Louise Dominy Keen Allen, 91, of Macon, passed away peacefully on May 26, 2021. The family will have a time of visitation to greet friends on Friday, May 28, 2021 from 12:30-1:30 p.m. at FairHaven Funeral Home. A graveside service will begin at 2:00 p.m. at Riverside Cemetery.
Mrs. Allen was born on November 19, 1929 to the late Herschel and Ola Dominy. She grew up on a dairy farm in Dublin, Georgia, and always had a love for the outdoors. She enjoyed gardening and growing flowers. In her free time, she loved to cook. Mrs. Allen worked all her life in Accounting and retired from First National Bank. Her greatest joy in life came from her family, and spending time with them
Mrs. Allen was preceded in death by her first husband; Kenneth Keen and second husband; J.M. Allen. Her children; Kenneth Keen II, and Karin Bush. Brothers; Horrie Dominy, Alden Dominy, Edison Dominy, and Lloyd Dominy as well as her significant other and best friend; Robert Bowden.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving family. Her children; Kathy Alspaugh (Bob), Kay Bellinger (Paul), Bruce Keen (Bobbie) and Grandchildren; Lisa Woods, Kenny Lee Keen, Jason Bush, and Beth Alspaugh, 6 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
