Berma Thaxton

Berma Wall Thaxton,89, of Warner Robins, passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2018 surrounded by those she loved most, her loving family. The family will have a time of visitation to greet friends Saturday, July 7, 2018 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral Services to celebrate her life will be held Sunday, July 8, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of FairHaven Funeral Home, 4989 Mount Pleasant Church Rd with the Reverends Joe McDaniel and Chris Minton officiating. Mrs. Thaxton will be laid to rest Monday morning, July 9, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in Riverside Cemetery.
Mrs. Thaxton was born on November 8, 1928 to the late Harris and Lucy Wall. She worked for 49 years as a Salesperson for Macys. Mrs. Thaxton was a member of Mable White Memorial Baptist Church where she was a member of the Senior Choir, Friendship Sunday School Class and the WMU. She loved her family more than anything and was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Mrs. Thaxton was preceded in death by her husband; Harris Thaxton, and an infant daughter; Harriette Thaxton.
Left to cherish her memory is her two daughters; Laurie Hamlin and Paulette Jawish (Khaled) and three grandchildren; Rachael Jawish, Jason Lavender and Adam Lavender.
