The family will have a time of visitation on Thursday, March 5, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at FairHaven Funeral Home, 4989 Mount Pleasant Church Road, Macon, Georgia 31216.

Ava was born on May 1, 2013, in Macon, Georgia, a bright light from the very beginning whose presence brought joy to all who knew her. She was a proud student at Byron Middle School, where her kindness, determination, and vibrant spirit left a lasting impression on classmates and teachers alike. Ava was an active member of The Assembly at Warner Robins, where her faith and fellowship were important parts of her life. She embraced every opportunity to grow, serve, and connect with others, carrying herself with grace beyond her years.

Ava was a “girly girl” who wasn’t afraid to get dirty. She loved being outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. Athletics was one of Ava’s greatest passions. She was a standout in track and field, competing with strength, speed, and unwavering determination. Her love for sports extended far beyond the track. Ava also played softball, basketball, and kickball, and she eagerly looked forward to one day playing volleyball. Whether on the field or court, she gave her all, inspiring teammates with encouragement and competitive spirit.

Ava’s beauty shone from the inside out. She participated in beauty pageants, where her radiant smile and confidence captured the hearts of many. Yet it was her loving and complimentary nature that truly set her apart. Ava had the biggest heart; always quick to offer a kind word, a thoughtful compliment, or a warm embrace. She made others feel seen, valued, and deeply cared for.

Gifted in many ways, Ava had a special talent for writing, expressing her thoughts with creativity and sincerity. Among her most remarkable accomplishments was teaching herself sign language; a reflection of her compassion, intelligence, and desire to connect with others in meaningful ways. This selfless dedication spoke volumes about the depth of her character.

Self-expression came easy for Ava. She loved to sing and dance. Her mother, Brandy, would refer to Ava as her little DJ and play various songs that they could sing, dance, and laugh with together. She was always inviting her mother to “match her energy”. The memories are endless.

Though her time here was far too short, Ava’s legacy of love, talent, faith, and kindness will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.

Ava was preceded in death by her brother, Logan Brown.

Left to cherish Ava’s memory are her parents, Clinton and Brandy Little; siblings, Triston Piland, Conner Piland, and Alyiah Little; grandparents, Alicia Sanders, Rhonda Drawhorm, Kenneth Drawhorn, Dickie Little, and Terry Little; several aunts and uncles; and many cousins.
