Aubrey "Rocky" Lauren Martin, 62, of Macon, Georgia, passed away Sunday, August 13, 2023. A funeral service to honor his life will be held Thursday, August 17, 2023, at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Fairhaven Funeral Home. Pastor Ronnie Hollis, Jr., will officiate.
He was born on September 13, 1960, to the late Aubrey Lorin Martin and Betsy Purvis Martin. Aubrey spent most of his life working for the City of Macon; last serving as the Head Supervisor. He was a simple man that thoroughly enjoyed anything outdoors. In his free time, you could find him in the woods either hunting or fishing. Aubrey's generosity, kind spirit and loving nature will be missed by all whom knew him.
In addition to his parents, Aubrey is preceded in death by his sister, Libby Doss.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 34 years, Paula; daughter, Candice Martin; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
