Arthur "Buddy" C. Hill, Jr., 86, went to be with his Lord and Savior on December 15, 2020. A private graveside service will be held at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church cemetery in Garden Valley, Georgia, on Friday, December 18, 2020, at 3:00p.m.
Arthur was born on August 30, 1934, in Montezuma, Georgia, to the late Arthur C. Hill, Sr. and Edna Hartley Hill. He was preceded in death by his sister, Paula Hill Colter, and two brothers, Melvin Hill and Ernie Hill.
Arthur grew up in Garden Valley, Georgia. He loved anything that had to do with cars, trucks, or tractors. He absolutely adored children. He was the family greeter, always waiting at the door with open arms to give his sweet loving hugs.
He is survived by his sister, Shirley Hill Moye of Macon, Georgia; a brother, Howard Hill of Garden Valley, Georgia; and multiple nieces and nephews.
