John Anthony Whittle, 56, of Macon, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2017 after suffering heart failure. A memorial service will be held Friday, November 17, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of FairHaven Funeral Home. Dr. Brad Marchman will officiate.
Anthony was a 1979 graduate of Windsor Academy and a charter member of Lawrence Drive Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father Gene Edge.
Anthony was survived by his mother: Cookie Edge. Three brothers: Herschel Whittle (B.J), Rock Edge (Janeen) and Chad Edge (Tammy) all of Macon.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations please be made to any animal rescue of the donor's choice in Anthony's memory.
