Anna Verneda Eaker Bailey, 84, of Macon, Georgia passed away Monday, September 20, 2021. Graveside services will be held on Friday, October 1, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
Born in Crouse, North Carolina to the late Charles Kern Eaker and Ruby Lee Eaker.
She was employed as an operator with Southern Bell and later on as a teachers aid with the Bibb County Board of Education.
Mrs. Bailey was a member of the Mikado Baptist Church, where she attended Sunday School.
She is survived by her husband, Benjamin Hunt Bailey, Children, Glenn Bailey(James Eaton), Connie Persall(Ron) and Leasa Kurek(James), Siblings, Charles Eaker, Daniel Eaker and Marlyn Carpenter; Six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
