Andrew Lemon

Andrew B. Lemon, Sr., 76, of Macon passed away Saturday, November 18, 2017. The family will have a time of visitation to greet friends and his Piggly Wiggly Family, Tuesday November 21, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at FairHaven Funeral Home, 4989 Mount Pleasant Church Rd. Graveside services will be held privately for family only.
Andrew was born in Thomaston, Georgia to the late Andre J Lemon and Mozelle Hunt Lemon. He worked for 40 plus years at Piggly Wiggly .Although he was known for being a strict boss, and running a tight ship, his coworkers became like family and he remained close with the majority of them even after retirement.
Andrew was preceded in death by his loving wife; Janice Salter Lemon, one daughter; Michelle Lemon and two siblings.
Left to cherish his memory is his family; four children: Lisa Wildes (Wayne), Lynn Haynes, Andy Lemon (Donna), and Keisha Fuller (Gabe). Grandchildren: Jesse Wildes (Jennifer), Lacy Ivey (Marcus), Cori Norman (Stephen), Amber Haynes, Robin Harris (Chris), Courtney Christmas, Mark Christmas and Drew Lemon. Seven great grandchildren, and three siblings: Mary Anne Douglas, Joyce Turner (Roy), Martha Jackson.
